A WA state licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist with a proven track record of great outcomes.CHT Certification preferred - or interest in obtaining this certification.You have at least 2 years of outpatient hand therapy experience with outstanding clinical confidence.You love people and thrive on establishing meaningful connections.Possess a natural ability to lead by example and influence others.Capable of building strong rapport with clients from a variety of backgrounds through strong communication and empathy.A therapist capable of building strong rapport with clients from a variety of backgrounds through strong communication and empathy.Ability to utilize new technology and software changes in the industry to enhance the client’s engagement and increase efficiency.PAY & BENEFITS INFORMATION:
Base salary: $70,000-$93,000 depending on experience.Additional earning potential: Shared reward intelligent compensation program.Benefits (please note: benefits eligibility is determined by hours worked):
