Wellsville Health Care Center, LLC, a 112-bed skilled long-term care facility located in Wellsville, Missouri, is currently seeking a Director of Nursing. The position offers a salary up to
$105,000 annually . We are looking for an energetic, results-oriented team leader with superior interpersonal and communication skills to exercise administrative and functional supervision over nursing personnel, as directed by the Administrator and Regional Administrator. The successful applicant will have strong leadership and supervisory skills, a rehabilitation focus, be challenged by high acuity residents, and enjoy working with the elderly.
Minimum Requirements:
Unencumbered Missouri RN license
Previous DON experience
Knowledge of Medicare A&B
Excellent regulatory compliance record
Commitment to Total Quality Management
Experience working with Behavior Management residents (preferred)
ADON or DON experience (preferred)
