Reviewing audit engagement procedures performed by the audit team in a timely and professional mannerPerforming detailed audit procedures over various income statement and balance sheet accounts when necessaryUnderstanding client service relationships and how to utilize firm resources to provide unmatched client service to existing clientsUsing technology tools proficiently in regular assignments and demonstrating a commitment to improving work processes through the use of technologyDemonstrating your ability to recognize problems and propose sensible solutions, with an appropriate balance between client needs and the firm's riskMeeting assigned deadlines or budgets and providing advanced warning of any variancesAssisting with managing, developing, and coaching professional staffParticipating in board and audit committee meetings and presentationsBuilding personal referral sources and clientele while actively participating in team marketing opportunitiesWe Are Looking For People Who Have Forward Vision and:

Experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneouslyAdvanced analytical and reasoning skillsAbility to travel to serve clientsAbility to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and experience levels, both verbally and in writingAbility to maintain professional client relationshipsA high level of knowledge of current audit and accounting conceptsA desire to provide mentorship and training to other professionalsMinimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related fieldAt least 5 years of relevant audit experienceCPA licenseProficiency in Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Qualifications:

Experience with governmental or nonprofit organizationsExperience with higher education entities
