Program Financial Analyst . This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the longest tenured contracts within Leidos.Primary ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of the program team, you will work directly with the finance and planning teams as well as the program managers to help achieve financial goals and objectives; create and maintain a program's budget baseline, analyze progress reported against the program baseline; identify risks and opportunities against the program baseline; and recommend actions to improve progress to achieve flawless program execution.Additional Responsibilities:Prepare financial forecasts, reports, and analysisOversee and reconcile the Contract Budget Baseline (CBB) logSupport the Cobra monthly status processPerform funding/spend plan data reconciliation and consolidationMonitor key performance indicators, highlighting any trends and investigating causes of unexpected variances to forecastHelp program managers identify programmatic risk and opportunities that will impact program financials while recommending cost reductions and ways to mitigate riskMonth-end closings and variance/trend analysesBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline and 2+ years of program finance experience or a Masters with less than 2 years of related experience.Knowledge of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrid contractsStrong analytical, communication and presentation skills needed as well as being able to operate independentlyUS citizenship is required.Ability to obtain Public Trust security clearancePreferred QualificationsEarned Value Management experienceKnowledge of Leidos financial systems such as: Cobra, CostPoint, Cognos, PowerBIProficient in Microsoft applications, such as: Project, Excel, Power Point and Word.Pay Range:
