We are looking for a thoughtful, collaborative and creative individual to join the digital marketing team as a UX Designer. In this position, you will use your understanding of consumer motivations, behaviors, and data to create designs across web, apps and internal tools to solve real consumer issues. Our ideal candidate is someone that will exemplify USANA’s core values and someone who is driven to meet heavy challenges and deliver truly industry-defining work.What You Will Do as USANA’s UX Designer

Design apps, web, and other digital experiences by working in iterative fidelity from the most abstract, high-concept elements (like information architecture and user stories) to the most minute details (like animation assets and UI specs).Generate and validate design decisions with user insights, internal data, research, and heuristic knowledge.Drive the design process for each project with purpose; utilize the right tools, exercises, and assets to achieve a thorough understanding of informing parameters, efficient and effective collaboration between stakeholders, and a meaningful focus on our users throughout the project lifecycle.Work across teams and departments with domain experts who can provide the best input for each project need and requirement.Proactively contribute to company-wide design maturity and user-centrism.Background and Skills You Will Need

Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university in interaction design, fine arts, user experience design, human-computer interaction, communication design or interface design, or comparable industry experience.Strong knowledge of “Design Thinking” and mature UX Design principles and processes, with the ability to find and advocate for the best solutions for our users, including making a convincing case for design decisions, pushing back against stakeholders when appropriate, and helping inform project parameters.An excellent portfolio showcasing strong design and visual communication skills, data-driven and customer-centric design rationale, and practical examples of work in iterative fidelity with clear documentation of your contribution to each project.Ability to work comfortably in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Principle, or comparable Product Design and prototyping tools (and a willingness to be tool-independent).2 to 5 years of professional experience with web and mobile design, especially for enterprise software and tools.What Will Make You Standout

Working knowledge of interfacing with engineering teams that are delivering in an Agile development environment.Exceptional design and concept development skills, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work autonomously, coordinate with stakeholders, and seek out domain experts to gain a deep understanding of project parameters.Benefits of Being Part of the USANA Family
