Description
The Physician Recruiter has primary accountability for full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practitioner candidates. Develops and implements sourcing strategies for attracting highly scarce and passive talent. Identifies and sources providers that will gain a sustainable competitive advantage. Also includes building successful relationships with internal and external prospects/candidates.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.3 years related recruitment experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years recruitment experience.

Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices are the third largest group in the country with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics, and 30,000 caregivers.
