About Your Role:

Simply put, our

Real Estate Investment Representative/Disposition Agents

are the matchmakers of Rebuilt. You own the disposition role by managing deals between sellers and investors in our network or any new potential buyers. Through our Emerging Leaders training and development program, you will grow into a real estate investment expert in your local market. Specific responsibilities include:

Developing a plan on how to sell acquired real estate property to investors in the network or potential buyers.

Negotiating with investors/potential buyers and evaluating offers.

Marketing properties to potential investors and conducting property showings.

Managing the disposition process from beginning to end or until the deal closes.

Developing and maintaining relationships with investors in the network or new prospects.

Researching current market conditions.
