Growing together.Position HighlightsMonday – Friday / 8am – 5pm (no call, no weekends)Manage patient care in outpatient settingConsults, follow-up appointments, well-checks, schedule screeningsComfortable seeing patients of all ages; primarily adults/senior baseAverage Daily Patient Census: 18-20 patientsAppointment schedule 40 min new pt, 20 min follow up pt visitsDedicated support staff of nurses and medical assistantsYou’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Master’s degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification beyond a four-year collegeCertificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner ProgramUnrestricted California State Medical LicenseCurrent California DEA certificateEMR ProficientPreferred Qualifications:Bilingual Spanish speaking1+ year experience working in primary careCalifornia Residents Only: The salary range for California residents is $109,513 to $147,146 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
