Working seamlessly with business line home offices, project sites, customer organizations and suppliers, our teams have delivered more than 125 projects since our inception in 1994.Our offices in Gurgaon, Vadodara and Chennai will grow significantly and sustainably with exciting career opportunities for both professionals and young graduates who are passionate about creating a cleaner, greener, and safer world; building transformational infrastructure; making decarbonization a reality; and protecting people and the environment.Project Overview:Bechtel is seeking to expand its decades-long relationship with Reliance by providing Project Management Consultant (PMC) Services and Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) Services for offsites and utilities (OSBL) for a multi-billion-dollar upgrade / expansion of existing petrochemical facilities in India. Reliance plans to augment its existing petrochemical facilities in Dahej, Gujarat, and Nagothane, Maharashtra, to expand its PVC capacity. The PMC Services will be led out of India with personnel deployed in the Mumbai region, the project sites in India, as well as several key contractor locations across India. The EPCM Services for OSBL will be led out of Bechtel’s India offices. The positions on the project will start as assignments in Navi Mumbai, Dahej or Nagothane.Job Summary:In this role, you will deploy computing hardware and provide deskside support to end users, supporting MS Office, e-mail, and collaboration platforms. You will develop reports, dashboards, automate workflows, maintain IT asset inventory, and assist with plans for proposals, studies, and projects. Your support will enhance technological efficiency, contributing to project success and client satisfaction.Major Responsibilities:Deploys computing hardware and provides deskside support to end usersSupports MS Office, e-mail, and collaboration platformsInstalls and supports GBU standard applicationsAssists with the implementation of and provides support for IS&T products, services and/or applications to individual studies and projectsWorks closely with Corporate GIO to follow hardware deployment standards and adheres to Corporate, GBU and Project IT procedures, standards, and security requirementsDevelops IT reports, dashboards and automates workflowsMaintains IT asset inventoryAs directed, contributes to IS&T and automation/IM Planning for proposals, studies, and projects.Education and Experience Requirements:Requires a University Hire with 1-2 years of experience or 5-6 years of relevant work experienceRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong verbal and written communication skillsManage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet required delivery datesFamiliar with SharePoint Online managementExperience with IT deskside support activitiesBasic programming/scripting skills preferredFor decades, Bechtel has worked to inspire the next generation of employees and beyond!
