We are looking to add an LVT to our talented Emergency department!
Schedule:
Three 12-hour shiftsDays and Overnights Available!
Days: 8a – 8pOvernights: 8p – 8a (shift differential)Schedule would NOT be a combination of days and overnights unless requested.
Compensation:
$28 - $35 pending skills assessment levelingShift Differential
M-TH Overnights: Base + $4F-Su Overnight: Base + $6Sa/Su Days: Base + $4
Common Skills used within ER as an LVT:
Venipuncture & IV catheter placementTriage & Assess patients/obtain vitals.Critical thinkingProviding nursing care/monitoring to hospitalized patients.Anesthesia, Surgery prep, Patient recoveryRunning in-house lab testing & use of CubexFilling prescriptions/Dispensing oral and iv medicationsDrug administration.RadiographsProvide client education!ECG monitoringAdvanced CPR
RECOVER certification provided for all employees.
Advanced skills include (but are not limited to):
Central linesPlacing urinary cathetersPlacing nasogastric tubesPlacing nasal cannulasMaintaining indwelling tubes (chest tube, feeding tube)Blood transfusionsAbout You:We're looking for candidates who embody excellence and dedication. Here's what we're seeking:
