We not only treat a range of acute and chronic health problems, but we also coordinate our patients' care when they need treatment by specialists.Are you ready to bring your talent to this team and join us in moving community-based ambulatory care forward?The OpportunityWe are seeking a Full-time, 40-hour Triage RN to support our Internal Medicine and Urology clinic onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.Dedicated to phone triage, the Nurse will handle patient interactions via telephone, provide advice in accordance with clinical protocols, and coordinate proper disposition. Calls are related to patient concerns, appointments, pre and post procedures, urgent care, inpatient admissions, prescription refills, and test results.This triage role is 90% on the phones with patients with 10% hands-on work administering vaccines!QualificationsMust be a licensed RN in MassachusettsFor newly licensed nurses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is requiredAt least 2 years of experience as a RN preferredElectronic Medical Record experience strongly preferredMembership in professional organizations is recommended and certification in a specialty area is encouragedEEO Statement: Mass General Brigham is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
