Job Description
This position is full-time and in-office
Utilize creative problem-solving and organizational skills for BIM-focused production management and understanding of construction documents.
Assist in onboarding new staff with standards, workflows, and BIM policies.
Provide technical guidance to less experienced team members.
Review and prepare proposals, including scope of work and fee estimates.
Lead multi-disciplinary BIM processes for project scope and client requirements.
Create BIM Execution Plans (BXP) and conduct BIM kickoff and coordination meetings.
Establish and manage master Revit models and workflows.
Oversee submissions and drawing documentation.
Maintain Revit model health, perform clash detection, and manage file exchanges via Navisworks and BIM360.
Ensure quality standards and deadlines are met for project requirements.
Participate in BIM leader’s group to research and improve standards and efficiency.
Assist with maintaining and enhancing corporate Revit libraries.
Recommend improvements to standards and methods to align with company and project goals.
Qualifications:
Degree in Architecture or Engineering (BS/BA, MS/MA) with 5+ years of experience, or 7+ years of BIM project delivery experience
Proficient in Autodesk Revit and familiar with BIM360/Autodesk Construction Cloud
Knowledge of Navisworks and collaborative systems like ProjectWise
Knowledge of 3D scanning and creating point cloud products
Skilled in Revit-centric troubleshooting and creating/modifying Revit families
Preferred experience with Federal DOD and/or GSA projects
Willing to travel occasionally/conduct site visits
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Asset management experience is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Personable, detail-oriented, and well-organized
