Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget.Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction.Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home.Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers.Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close.Qualifications:

Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car.Show a track record of real estate success.Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred.Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry.Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired.Compensation:

$130,000 at plan yearly
