With deep experience in all aspects of dispute resolution and international arbitration, our experts can calculate damages, conduct valuations and investigations, and marshal considerable analytics expertise to guide clients and counsel through the entire dispute lifecycle.RESPONSIBILITIESConduct economic, financial, accounting, and industry researchAnalyze financial and non-financial information, and summarize and report findings to team members and to clientsAssist with the preparation of expert reports (damages, forensic accounting, and construction quantum reports)Assist with the preparation of rebuttal expert reports evaluating the conclusions of other expertsCommunicate with clients and counselPrepare for and attend hearings, trials and mediationsManage the day-to-day requirements of multiple engagementsReview work of junior level staffQUALIFICATIONSRequisite professional designations and work experience:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar, from an accredited university or college2-4 years of prior experience in economic damages and/or forensic accounting preferredPrior experience at one of the 'Big Four' accounting firms would be an assetHolder of or pursuing CPA, CFF, CFA, CFE, or ABV credentials is a plusAble to develop creative approaches and solutions necessary to resolve complex problemsAble to quickly assimilate relevant information in unfamiliar situationsAble to meet tight deadlines and work under pressureExcellent listening, verbal, written, and presentation skillsWorking proficiency in a second non-English language is a plusThe ability to travel as neededWe offer competitive compensation and benefits and we have a hybrid work arrangement policy.
