We are looking for a passionate and experienced Child Care Center Director to join our team and lead our center to new heights.

Position Overview:

The Child Care Center Director will oversee the daily operations of our child care center, ensuring that our programs meet high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, committed to providing excellent care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:

Lead and inspire a team of educators and staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Manage recruitment, training, and professional development for all center staff.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members.

Program Development & Implementation:

Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs and activities that support child development and learning.

Ensure that curriculum and activities meet developmental standards and address the needs of all children.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure that the center adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.

Conduct regular safety audits and implement necessary improvements.

Maintain up-to-date documentation and records for compliance and licensing requirements.

Parent & Community Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or feedback.

Organize and participate in community outreach and engagement activities to promote the center and its programs.

Administrative Duties:

Oversee budget management, including tracking expenses and ensuring financial efficiency.

Manage enrollment processes, including onboarding new families and maintaining accurate records.

Handle center communications, including newsletters, social media, and other marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Strong knowledge of child development principles, educational best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and engage effectively with parents and the community.
