Project Accountant.

We are industry-leading experts, and we work hard to encourage a collaborative and team-oriented environment.A Day in the Life of a Project AccountantYou are at the forefront for the financial management and health of multiple projects. This includes: monitoring project performance by reviewing budgets and forecasting potential overruns, creating and maintaining project accounts in the accounting system using established procedures, maintaining work-in-process folders and files for all projects, setting up and closing out projects in the ERP system, assisting project managers with billing issues, reconciling receipts and budgets and communicating with the project manager as required, preparing invoices, analyses of performance, compiling information for internal and external auditors and contributing to staff trainings.We are targeting a salary range of $73,000.00 to $80,000.00 for this position.Work Schedule for a Project Accountant:This full-time position typically works a flexible schedule of 40 hours a week. We also provide employees with the flexibility and necessary equipment to work from home 2-3 days per week. The Seattle office of Toole Design is conveniently located in the heart of Seattle’s Business District blocks from the Pike Place Market, Seattle Art Museum, Central Public Library, and Waterfront.
