:2 Louis is a 29-bed telemetry acute medical unit specializing in general medicine, stroke, and cardiac care. The unit operates 24-hours a day, 365 days out of the year catering to an adult and geriatric patient population.The Staff Nurse will engage in relationship-based care providing holistic, patient-centered care to achieve healthy relationships in a safe, healing, caring environment enabling patients and family to equally partner in the multidisciplinary care provided.What you will do:Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unitUtilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of careGuide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient careCommunicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of carePositively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experienceWhat you will need

:License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL requiredEducation: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferredCertification: BLS/CPR
