BCT-LLC is seeking a Program Integrator 3 .

Guide a special interest program through the MSA/MCA DoD program lifecycle.Plan and execute acquisition activities following the organizations acquisition policies, processes, and practices.Ensure accuracy, completeness, and applicability of all inputs/advice.Perform program management activities to support the creation of standard processes and governance for the program.Assist with defining documentation and reporting requirements.Assist in the creation of programmatic documents.Assist Program Managers in baselining of Service and Development programs to include ARB briefings and documentation.Create and provide program status/reviews templates.What you will needTwelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor's Degree with a business or technical focus is required.In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, or DA WIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted.Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred. BCT provides a $1,000 scholarship annually for one employee or child enrolled in an undergraduate program in memory of our founding President, Jacquelyn Tate. BCT leadership communicates an annual call for essays to compete for this scholarship with an award date of August 12 each year.
