Your Role on the Team
Position Summary:The Cardio Vascular RN is responsible for ensuring patient safety during the Cardiac Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology/Neuro Interventional Radiology procedures. The RN is responsible for maintaining communication with the physician and charge/or manager to keep the flow throughout the day. The RN is responsible for staying abreast of the changes to department and industry standards and filtering this information to the procedural staff members. On-call requirement with a 30-minute response time.Department Procedures include but are not limited to:Coronary angiogram/angioplastyPeripheral angiogram/angioplastyNeuro interventional angiogram/angioplastyAbdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) and Thoracic vessel repairNeuro Coronary Peripheral Pulmonary ThrombectomyCentral/Port placement and removalElectrophysiology procedures including AblationCardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) proceduresTransesophageal Echocardiogram (TEE)CardioversionStress Tests

Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
