What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Collaborate with Clinical Informatics team members and stakeholders to support education and adoption of clinical information systemsDesign and create curriculum and multimedia materials for in-person and virtual training sessionsTrain and mentor PSJH Affiliates and Credential Trainers on system usage and education materialsParticipate in the development and maintenance of training scenarios and system training environmentsReview and analyze feedback to improve educational deliverables and training effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications):Bachelor's Degree in Clinical discipline, Information Technology/Informatics, Business, Education, Management, Communications, or related field or equivalent education/experienceMinimum of 2 years of experience working with clinical information systems in a healthcare settingExperience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systemsKnowledge of adult learning principles and instructional designProficiency in Microsoft Office suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Informatics certifications or credentialing upon hireEducation or Instructional Design related certification within 5 years of hirePrior experience in a clinical or educational setting related to healthcare informatics
