The candidate must be admitted to the New York Bar and be based in New York.Duties:Draft and prepare motions for summary judgment and other legal documents.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.Manage complex financial services litigation cases from inception to resolution.Communicate effectively with supervising attorneys to report on case progress and strategy.Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.Review and analyze financial documents, contracts, and other related materials.Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting financial services and litigation.Requirements:4+ years of experience in financial services litigation or a related field.Experience in drafting motions for summary judgment.Strong writing and research skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Effective communication skills for interacting with supervising attorneys.Experience in financial services or contested foreclosure is a plus.Must be admitted to the New York Bar.Must be based in New York.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the New York State Bar.Skills:Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.Excellent research and analytical abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.Familiarity with financial services regulations and practices.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
