The Billing Manager will be responsible for managing the AR & billing team and activities, including overseeing the billing process for customer accounts, ensuring invoices are sent out accurately and on time, and addressing customer billing questions in a timely manner.This is a mid-level position, hybrid two days in office, located in the Headquarters office (Rockville, MD). Local candidates only.Essential Functions:Overseeing the billing process for customer accounts, including ensuring invoices are sent out accurately and on time.Interfacing with accounts receivable, credit and collections, and client purchasing departments.Auditing billing records for accuracy.Hiring, training, and supervising billing staff.Monitoring, responding to, and communicating changes in billing requirements, regulations, and reimbursement rates.Maintaining provider enrollments with payers.Providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including customers and colleagues.Assisting with posting journal entries.Assisting with month-end close reconciliations on a need basis.Required Skills/Experience:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.5-10 years’ experience.Experience with NetSuite.Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlines.Professional appearance and demeanor.Self-confidence and respect for other people.Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.Preferred Skills/Experience:Experience with SuiteBilling.Experience in a fast-paced environment.Ability to prioritize tasks that change frequently and manage unexpected demands.Dependable, follows instructions, and takes initiative to solve problems.The salary range for this position is $56,500 - $106,800. The maximum range shown represents your earning potential with DealerOn for the lifetime of the role.
