Could you be the full-time onsite Senior Project Configuration and Change Manager in Hornell, NY, US we're looking for?

Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your expert knowledge of Configuration & Change Management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside innovative, detail-oriented, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead the Configuration and Change Management activities within high-critical projects, ensuring the quality, consistency, and traceability of our engineering deliverables. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including Procurement, Industrial, Tender/Project Management, Services, Quality, SSM), represent the Configuration and Change Management metier in project and site meetings, and much more.

We'll look to you for:

Accountability in ensuring all Project/Program stakeholders apply the CCM process,

Keeping the project/program configuration under control and managing changes during the whole lifecycle,

Ensuring the activities and Roles & Responsibilities defined in the Configuration Management Plan (CMP) are applied and followed,

Mastering the quality of deliveries by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability of the delivered products and services,

Ensuring all functional representatives involved in their Project are trained on CCM,

Reporting and escalating any CCM related issues within the Project / Program organization and proposing possible solutions,

Ensuring Configuration and Change Management applicable tools are applied.

Degree in Engineering/Project Management/Business Management or equivalent,

Experience or understanding of Configuration & Change Management and its impact on project delivery,

Familiarity with CCM tools such as ALM, Clear Quest, Clear Case SAP, PLM, AEC-tpPLM, etc.,

Ability to communicate effectively with all involved project/program stakeholders,

Trained in a recognized Configuration and Change Management standard (CMII Certificate desirable),

Systematic, rigorous, and proactive approach, with strong attention to detail.
