Riveron is looking for a Solution Architect focused on Oracle EPM software to join our Technology Enablement practice. This client-facing role will interact with key client leadership (CFO, Controller etc.) and will contribute to the areas of business development and sales, practice development, and project execution and quality assurance on the Oracle EPM platform and solutions.The Solution Architect will work side-by-side with our implementation team members in leading multiple client projects ranging from software selection, implementations or optimizations, integrations, and technical support. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven implementation background and the willingness to serve as a leader through business development and sales as well as practice development.Who You Are:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)Oracle EPM online training course completionOracle Certified Cloud Specialist a plusOracle SAAS products of ARCS, EPBCS, FCCS, EDM and TRCSDeep understanding of core financial statements and reporting dimensionalityStrong knowledge of corporate finance, consolidation, FP&A, and accounting processes and proceduresDeep technical and functional experience implementing the Oracle EPM platformIn depth understanding of delivery methodology and ability to lead teams throughout the implementation of the solution according to the platform designAbility to identify client/project risks and offer a board range of advisory interaction beyond the core Oracle EPM scope for the current phaseExperience with VB.net or Visual Basic and business rule writingExperience in project and solution estimation and team structure definitionExperience leading customer workshop, requirement, and design sessionsBroad knowledge and solutioning of the Oracle EPM solutionsMastery of Microsoft Office ProductsAbility to develop, grow, and sustain client relationshipsAbility to guide, develop, and grow team membersTeam oriented personalityEntrepreneurial spirit and a solution-oriented mindsetAbility to work in ever-changing, dynamic environmentsAbility to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to a variety of audiences, including client leadership and internal teamsDesire to get involved in the Riveron culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, intramurals, and other social/networking activitiesWhat You'll Do:

Support Business Development and SalesParticipate and lead pre-sales meetings with current and prospective clients to assess project level-of-effort and to assist in determining if Oracle EPM is the best fit for requirements presentedWork with Engagement Management to identify the Oracle EPM modules and determine the timeline, resource plan, level-of-effort, and fee estimates required for implementation in achieving client objectivesCreate and review work plans and draft proposals for completenessExecute ProjectsCollaborate with Riveron team members to develop efficient and high-quality Oracle EPM solutionsParticipate in workshops to define implementation strategyLead and conduct all aspects of our EPM Implementation methodologiesApply leading practices to solution design and build to adhere to client requirementsConfigure the Oracle EPM platform to develop and present sustainable solutions to client executives and key stakeholdersWork with Oracle team to develop business requirements and translate requirements into specific Oracle EPM functionality/designMentor and educate client personnel and consulting team membersOracle Practice DevelopmentWork with practice leadership to develop and deliver Oracle EPM-specific training, business development training and collateral and engagement materials/templates.The expected pay range for this position is $165,000 - $210,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible). This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making individual compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; location and other business and organizational needs; and applicable laws.
