Agile Coach

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach who is deeply familiar with a variety of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, and has a proven track record of working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Responsibilities
Development of agile processes, ensuring they align with strategic goals and objectives.Coach across the organization in adopting Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe principles and practices, ensuring that they are understood and enacted.Implement effective agile metrics that track progress and performance, providing visibility and transparency across the organization for outcome-based teams.
Experience
Minimum of 8+ years' experience working in an Agile environment with at least 3 years as an Agile Coach with a strong background in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe methodologies.Certification in Agile Coaching (e.g., ICP-Client, CEC) and/or SAFe (e.g., SPC, RTE) is highly desirable.Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and empower teams.Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile project management tools, and agile/lean metrics.Experience in leading organizational change initiatives and managing resistance to change.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels of the organization.A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
