Job Description

Responsibilities:Develop and configure Pega applications to meet business needs, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.Customize Pega applications and integrate them with other systems and databases.Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Pega applications to ensure functionality and performance.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Pega applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance application performance and user experience.Qualifications:Experience with Pega integration services (SOAP, REST, JMS, etc.).Familiarity with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.Understanding of Agile development methodologies.Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or higher certification preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Life at Capgemini:
