www.sealedair.com .The Director of Technical Services is responsible for driving the continual development of a best-in-class Technical Service organization in Food Care North America.He/She will work collaboratively with the North American Leadership Team and Regional Sales & Technical Leaders to coordinate and deploy all programs and tools necessary to drive a high-performance service culture in FC NA.This leader will be responsible for developing a robust training and succession plan for technical service in NA.Job Description

Responsible for maintaining a robust resource plan to ensure business continuity and ongoing skill development for all Food Care NA Technical Service roles. Coordinates all hiring and onboarding (180-day plan) and skill development of new Technical personnel.Collaborates with Global Sales Operations and Regional Leaders to define/develop/align processes and tools to optimize Sales and Technical Service effectiveness.Work with NA Leadership to establish annual goals and objectives for Technical positions that align with NA business plans. Collaborate to develop and implement effective KPI measurement systems and tools to facilitate assessment of individual and regional performance.Responsible for all Technical training programs and processes utilized in Food Care NA. Continuously assess training needs of regional Technical groups and develop/deploy annual training calendar. Work with Regional Sales Operations to identify/develop best practices training for FC Technical roles.In collaboration with Regional Sales Operations, be responsible for the identification, assessment, and ongoing effectiveness of all regionally deployed service technology systems, including ServiceMax, O365, Mediafly, etc.Work collaboratively with Regional Leadership to ensure Technical Service teams are managing their service responsibilities to achieve regional objectives and satisfy the needs of regional customers.Responsible for managing the budget for the Technical Service organization.Qualifications
