The National Account Fleet Service Manager is responsible for negotiating warranty and policy settlements with fleets and dealers on chassis and powertrain issues. Provide early warning corrective actions to reduce fleet operational and warranty costs.Job Functions / Responsibilities

Lead and evaluate performance of a Team of National Account Managers.Track uptime on key fleets and provide creative solutions to issues in the field.Offer technical and account support to our National Sales team.Lead quarter meetings at assigned fleets to promote communications of After-Sales initiatives.Assist in the management of field cases related to litigations, property loss and other actions affecting Peterbilt Motors.Responsible for keeping Peterbilt Senior Management informed of trending fleet issues.Communicate clearly and professionally with Fleet Management and Operations Personnel, Suppliers and Peterbilt management to resolve issues in a positive and efficient manner.Strong interpersonal skills are required.Ability to manage multiple priorities, keep management well informed, and display perseverance in bringing issues to resolution.Technical Skills required include experience in the following areas with Peterbilt or similar products and systems.Knowledge of Peterbilt Product and MX Engine

Cab Systems (Mechanical and Electrical).Chassis Systems (Mechanical and Electrical).Engine Electronic Diagnostic experience.Engine Mechanical troubleshooting and fault code interpretation.Familiarity with Peterbilt Systems or similar systems to the following: DWC / SIR (Dealer Warranty Claims/Service Information Record).ServiceNet, ECAT, Engine Rapido, DAVIE tool diagnostics.Familiarity with Supplier Systems: Cummins – RapidServe & QSOL (Quick Serve On-Line), Eaton – Real Time (product support system).Education

A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related field is required. MBA is preferred.General Description of all Benefits
