Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting Master Data processes in an SAP ERP environmentBachelor’s degree, preferably in operations or business or related fieldProven Master Data experience; experience working in a manufacturing environmentStrong problem solving and analytical skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels of the organizationAbility to create and use Master Data AnalyticsAbility to work both independently and effectively across teams and persuade/influence othersAbility to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing and often ambiguous environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vitalStrong appreciation for data integrity and clear process definitionsAbility to exercise good judgment and utilize decision making skillsSkilled knowledge of MS Office programsAbility to travel 25-50%Hubbell IncorporatedHubbell creates critical infrastructure solutions that power our customers, communities, people and the planet.
