The Director Digital Provider Experience is a UX leadership role that is pivotal in driving the creation of digital experiences for our provider offerings spanning global markets. As a part of the CX leadership team, the expectation is to work alongside their peers to develop touchpoints that are well considered, desirable & usable – and fit the overall customer experience where every interaction with our brand is meaningful, engaging, and aligned with our customers' needs and expectations.

Through extensive experience in product design, the leadership role should reflect an underlying passion for customer-centricity, excellent relationship-building skills, and a strong sense of creativity and accountability.

Let’s talk about the role:

Design and Develop Customer-Centric Digital Experiences:

Spearhead the design and development of digital experiences for provider offerings, ensuring they are customer-centric, desirable, usable and in alignment with brand values.

Collaborate for Enhanced Customer Experience:

Work closely with the CX leadership team to create touchpoints that enrich the overall customer experience.

Strategic Partnership for Product Development:

Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to define product strategy within the Provider Solutions and Incubation & Growth portfolios.

Leadership and Support for UX Team:

Lead, support, and develop the UX team as they collaborate within Product Teams to achieve exceptional results.

Relationship Building for Innovation:

Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive innovation.

Continuous Improvement through Industry Insights:

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital experience design to ensure continuous enhancement of our offerings.

This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

Base Pay Range for this position: $184,000 - $276,000
