Liberty sheet metals has been one of the leaders in residential/commercial metal roofing, architectural metals, and gutter since 1996.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sheet Metal Roofer / Architectural Metals lead installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and possess strong leadership abilities to oversee installation projects.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage sheet metal roofing projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
Lead a team of skilled roofers and laborers, providing guidance, training, and support on the job site.
Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Install, repair, and maintain sheet metal roofing systems and architectural metal.
Monitor project progress, address any issues, and maintain accurate records.
Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sheet metal roofing.
Leadership Skills:
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in sheet metal installation, flashing, and fabrication. We host an in-house fabrication department to help make your parts with the correct information supplied to them.
Safety Conscious:
Committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
Communication:
Strong communication skills to interact directly with team members, clients, and vendors.
Valid Driver’s License:
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Company trucks are available.
Physical Fitness:
Able to perform physically demanding tasks and work at heights.
Job Type:
Full-time
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours:
40 – 50 per week
Benefits:
On-the-job training

Schedule:
10 hour shift
8 hour shift
Overtime
Weekends as needed
