Salvation Army offers a great Health Benefit package, as well as a great 403b employee retirement match.The Salvation Army , an internationally recognized non-profit, faith-based organization, has an opening for a Program Manager – Families First (2-year grant) for the Nashville Area Command.Job SummaryPlans, develops, administers, and evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of the day-to-day operations and assigned staff providing case management services for the Families First grant and Pathway of Hope program in such a manner as to ensure maximum benefits to clients, the community, and funding agencies. Ensures the Pathway of Hope program is administered within established policies and procedures, including government grant and Salvation Army policies and guidelines. Builds new relationships with community agencies in the assigned service area and maintains effective working relationships with these community agencies for client referrals.
