Continuing our Growth and Expanding our Services!We're actively hiring for an experienced client and family focused BCBA to become our Sr. Director of Clinical Services (BCBA) for our brand-new treatment center opening in Houston, TX (Westchase).Join our Team at Behavioral Innovations and Make a Lasting Impact on Children with Autism. Base Compensation: $85,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience.Between $6K - $18K a year in bonuses, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.20 days PTO and 7 paid holidays.Free internal CEUs and university partnerships with tuition discounts.Company paid BCBA State Licensure Renewal and 8-Hour Supervision Training.
Professional Development & Support
Orientation & Training: All BCBAs receive a fully customized virtual orientation at the center hired, along with 6 weeks of ongoing training.Career advancement opportunities with ongoing training & professional development.Ongoing training established clinical practices, and automated clinical tools.Centralized home office support for intake, hiring, training, authorizations, billing, and more.RBT training provide more interaction and collaboration; including a RBT Buddy that will check in with new hires and support them through training.

Qualifications:Required:
Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.Required:
Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).Required:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.Preferred:
3-5 years of BCBA experience.Desired Traits:
Experience working with center-based, early intervention children. Effective collaborator.
