Your commitment to clinical excellence and proficiency enhances the practice environment, enriching the lives of those you serve.What you’ll do:Assess patients' physical and psychosocial status, intervening preemptively to manage potential crises and provide patient-centered care with sensitivity to cultural and developmental needs.Collaborate and communicate with interdisciplinary teams for discharge planning and holistic patient care, facilitating patient education and supporting the transition of care through the continuum.Document plan of care, assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes in an electronic medical record thoroughly, accurately, and according to CMC Professional Nursing Practice Standards and ANA Scope and Standards of Practice.Adhere to all safety, organizational, and ethical standards according to ANA Code of Ethics.
