We are seeking a talented and motivated Sr. Specialist, IT SAP FI/CO to join our team. In this role, you will be a key member of the Solution delivery team responsible for supporting existing solutions and strategic projects in the SAP finance domain. This position reports to the Business Relations Manager – Finance.Key Responsibilities:Collaborates with business users to understand business problems/needs, system issues, enhancement requests, or new projects.Independently design, configure, test, and deliver solutions in finance and controlling.Work with IT PMO to provide effort estimates and coordinate activities with AMS teams.Gather relevant information for business requirements, document, and design preliminary solution ideas.Requires full-time onsite attendance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Finance.5+ years of overall experience in SAP FICO with 1-2 full lifecycle implementations.Hands-on ability to design and configure solutions in FI-GL/New GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, CO-CCA, CO-PCA, CO-PC, CO-PA.Experience in operations and project management, business process analysis, finance, and/or accounting.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in S/4 finance or certification is a plus.Skills:Knowledge of EDI and IDoc.Strong customer service orientation.Excellent communication skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and resolve systems and process issues.Integration experience with MM, SD, PP, and PM.Strong in MS Office suite.Pharma or regulated manufacturing industry experience is preferred.What We Offer:Annual performance bonus and share potential.Hikma-sponsored 401(k) program.Generous paid time off (PTO) bank starting with 20 days.Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.Career advancement and growth opportunities.Equal Opportunity Employer:Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Agency Notice:Please note that Hikma has a set roster of approved recruiters for specific roles.
