If this sounds interesting to you, below are a few more details.Works with Insurance Program Manager on program improvements for Mission Fed insurance products and services to include but not limited to: MBP, GAP, CPI, Debt Protection and other ancillary insurance products.Researches and prepares recommendations for operational improvements and technology enhancements to benefit the member experience and smooth processing of tasks.Works with the insurance services program manager to write and update Insurance Services procedures, internal communications, verifies letters for member notification meet Mission Fed updated requirements.Resolves escalated member issues related to MBP, GAP, CPI, Debt Protection and other ancillary insurance products, facilitates resolution on member disputes with vendor services rendered and assists in the maintenance of branch, call center and member communications.Here is what we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.Three years of equivalent experience can substitute for every one year of education.A minimum of three years of experience working in a similar position, with knowledge of insurance products is required, including customer service experience and telephone communication.Strong oral and written skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated customer service skills.
