Description:
Responsibilities:ERP Business analyst (CW) will be part of Global ERP Business process owner team.Ability to represent ERP BPO team in site-specific or Global ERP projects including Product launches, commercial expansion, Tech transfers, Plant Expansions, Clinical projects, System (ERP) enhancements, or any other Tech-Ops projects requested by the leadership.Work directly with Client business to gather business requirements and follow the Enhancement process to deliver the enhancements to the business.Responsible for planning, organizing, and approving user acceptance testing.Experienced with End-to-End Business Process and System process (Order to Cash, Plan to Deliver).Work directly with Change Owners to ensure changes are documented appropriately.Collaborate with IT to ensure system enhancement requests are developed and functional testing results meet requirements.Provide testing scenarios to the IT technical team as required.Work with Quality Engineering to ensure all validation processes are followed for system changes (enhancements/projects).Accountable for writing work instructions and performing periodic reviews and updates as required.Represent BPO in change control socialization meetings and provide impact assessments for ERP Business systems.Work collaboratively and independently with Business Process Owners (BPO), IT, and Global business users from other departments.Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by leadership.To know more about current opportunities at LeadStack, please visit us at
