Frontera Health is developing a tech-enabled platform to provide pediatric therapies for rural families in need. Our platform leverages AI/ML to establish the foundational video-based data model for early intervention and developmental disorders. As Frontera continues to scale, we will continue to expand services and product offerings to better serve the families and providers in our communities.The RoleWe are seeking a talented and passionate Full Stack, Front-End Leaning, Engineer to join our growing team and play a vital role in building our innovative platform. You will work closely with the Full-Stack Engineering Lead and a team of talented engineers to design, develop, and implement high-quality user interfaces for our web application. While your primary focus will be front-end development, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate across the full stack, leveraging your full-stack capabilities to contribute to the overall success of the platform.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with designers and product managers to translate UI/UX mockups into functional and performant web applications.Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.Work closely with back-end engineers to integrate front-end components with the platform's back-end functionalities.Assist with debugging and troubleshooting front-end issues.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in front-end development frameworks and libraries.Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.QualificationsExperience with a modern front-end framework (React, Angular, Vue.js).Experience with building responsive web applications for various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).Proficiency in writing clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.Familiarity with web accessibility guidelines (WCAG) is a plus.Excels working in a very fast moving environment and motivated by the opportunity to build greenfield products.Excited to work in person at an office with teammates.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.A passion for building innovative and user-centric web applications.Experience with full-stack development (backend technologies and databases) is a plus.Why Frontera Health?Opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation in pediatric healthcare.Work on challenging and impactful projects that leverage cutting-edge technologies.Collaborate with a talented and passionate team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Make a real difference in the lives of children and families in rural communities.Competitive salary and benefits package.Join us in building the future of behavioral healthcare!We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above.
