Be a Mentor and Guide: Support staff in building meaningful relationships with youth, navigate crisis, and set boundaries.Support Growth and Learning: Facilitate team meetings and trainings, provide 1:1 support to staff.Document the Journey: Complete data review and validation on the team.Team Building: Support the team in fostering strong connections and support for each other.Collaboration: Work with the Alba Milieu Manager to provide seamless youth service coordination.Qualifications:

Understanding of substance use, mental health, trauma, abuse, and adolescent development.Experience working with sexual minority and culturally diverse staff, participants, and community.Excellent communication, organization, creativity, flexibility, and interpersonal skills.Degree in social work, psychology, or related field -or- comparable work and lived experience.Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.Minimum of years of experience working with high-risk youth required.Must have access to an automobile, a valid driver's license, and active auto insurance.Must be willing to be CPR certified.Apply Today:
