Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri)Environmental ConditionsOfficeJob DescriptionSeeking an Analyst who will be an integral part of the Protein & Cell Analysis Business Unit to support the delivery of our near and long-term financial objectives. The scope of responsibilities includes Business Unit and Site FP&A reporting and analysis to support a growing organization.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and oversee consolidations of various reporting (headcount, OpEx, Revenue & Margin), ensuring accurate and timely delivery, and own reconciliation across systems.Establish and maintain Fort Collins site reporting mechanisms.Support MBR/QBR/AOP Preparation: support calendar and consolidations process for Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).Book journal entries: Analyze transactional and operational data and support submission of recurring entries.Support ad hoc reporting and projects, collaborating cross-functionally as needed.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Experience: 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in a large global company and highly matrixed organization.Skills: Proficient in using systems such as Hyperion, Hyperion Planning, PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
