OVERVIEW:Eleccion is seeking a Full Performance Systems Integrator to provide our client with substantive consulting and advice across a full range of Human Resource areas to include workforce planning, talent acquisition, staffing and selection, employee development, compensation, benefits, policy, performance management, rewards and recognition, and retention. The selected candidate will be partnered with a senior manager to develop, implement, and influence HR policies, plans and strategies that align with our client’s initiatives to enable mission.RESPONSIBILITIES:This Systems Integrator will apply analytic and diagnostic techniques sufficient to identify, evaluate, and recommend appropriate HR interventions to resolve routine to moderately complex HR problems and issues, as well as apply project management concepts and principles to plan and implement initiatives to address client needs and plan for contingencies. They should also be prepared to interpret and apply HR business rules and use available job aids to accurately enter data into the client’s human resources information system.The selected candidate must be able to interact with managers in order to contribute to and influence decision-making and prepare and deliver comprehensive briefings for senior officers on a variety of HR topics. They must also consult and collaborate with senior managers to identify HR issues of concern, and develop an understanding of the organizational environment, desired mission outcomes, and objectives. The candidate should leverage their knowledge of organizational and HR regulations, policies, and unique client authorities in order to address organizational or business issues and questions. They should also identify and pursue opportunities for innovation within the organization and analyze the relative value of alternative approaches or process improvements that impact achievement of HR objectives.QUALIFICATIONS:BA/BS and 5+ years of experience; Masters and 3+ years of experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Bachelor's degree in human resources, Human Capital Management, or related degree is highly desired.Three (3) years of progressively responsible professional experience in the application of Human Resource concepts and principles.Considerable knowledge of and ability to use information technology tools – HR databases, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word – to support decision making.Ability to handle multiple demands, shifting priorities, and workflow management.Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated by identifying the nature of the problem and impact on the organization, conducting research and analysis to ensure understanding of the problem and desired outcomes.Proactive self-starter able to support multiple efforts simultaneously.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Excellent oral and written communications skills to compose and deliver responses to employee questions in a clear and concise manner.All candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance with a Full-Scope Polygraph.Eleccion provides a competitive, comprehensive benefits package for all our employees.
