DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our team. As a community health Pediatrician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care services to infants, children, and adolescents in our community. You will work with a team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment to provide the best care possible to our patients.Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services to infants, children, and adolescentsConduct well-child visits, sick visits, and follow-up visitsDevelop and implement treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic conditionsMonitor and manage patient medications and referrals to specialistsEducate patients and their families on preventative care and healthy lifestyle choicesParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient careCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal care to patientsMentor midlevel clinical providers to support all aspects of careRequirements:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical schoolBoard certification in Pediatrics, or board eligibleActive medical license in the state of ConnecticutExperience with Electronic Medical Records strongly preferredBilingual candidates preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionalsCompassionate and patient-centered approach to careCommitment to providing high-quality care to underserved communitiesBenefits:
