Leominster Adult Outpatient Center

provides strength-based individual and group therapy to adults and couples aged 18 and over. We offer integrated, whole person care with primary care and behavioral health, including specialized substance use disorder treatment.Position Overview:Functioning under the supervision of a licensed clinician, the intern will provide individual and group therapy, complete strength-based comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and work with clients on discharge planning. They will also work in our Open Access Program for 4 hours per week, where they see walk-in clients for regular therapy or urgent care.Responsibilities:Provide direct clinical treatment to adults, children, and adolescents through diagnostic evaluations and screenings, crisis/emergency assessment and intervention, treatment planning and assessment, individual, group, couple, and family therapy.Participate in interdisciplinary diagnostic treatment and planning conferences as needed.
