About The Role
Ensuring accurate recording and reporting of partner compensation through our PRISM system.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Compensation: Track and record compensation agreements, payments, FTE statuses, and separation arrangements.Data Integrity: Ensure compliance with equity policies and tax rules.Historical Data: Maintain and upload compensation records.End-of-Period Tasks: Update source tables and review financial schedules.Evaluation Support: Prepare financial reports for partner evaluations.Reporting: Generate monthly and annual compensation reports.Insurance & Loans: Prepare census data for insurance renewals and track partner loan programs.Special Projects: Handle ad hoc reports and presentations as needed.
