LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with the national leader in waste and renewable energy in a Senior Leadership Accountant search for their North Hollywood, CA area location.(MUST be able to work onsite) The organization itself has been recognized as being the leader in reusable landfill gas, renewable natural gas plants and gas-to-electricity plants in the United States.This job is viewed as a mini-Controller role with high visibility and a growth plan that is unbeatable.Annual salary pays between $90K - $100K with 15% bonus and benefits including education benefits, child/adult care plans and many more incentives.Take a closer look at this job:RESPONSIBILITIES:Monthly close management, GL, fixed assets, AP, AR, accruals, billing, procurement, reconciliations
P&L review/report, variance analysis and delivery
Oversight of large data sets of up to 50,000 line items
SOX compliance audits (internal and external)
QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of experience with hands on month end close (full cycle ME activities)
Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance with an accredited school
Must come from large company ($500M+) that has 1,000+ in assets
Oracle is highly preferred and advanced Excel is required
