Further advanced by its recently expanded non-commercial specialty pharmacy, FortreaRx, to support enhanced distribution of cold-chain and ambient free goods products, we are committed to driving patient outcomes and improving healthcare accessibility through its extensive experience while currently supporting more than 2.5 million patients and over 100 unique brands across more than 25 disease indications.The Product Manager of Business Applications partners with different business unit leaders to drive process improvements and achieve goals through technology solutions. The role is a functional leader who helps select solutions and owns a portfolio of applications. These applications support our internal teams and tech-enabled services.This position is an individual contributor role in a fast-paced work environment. The Product Manager must be able to discuss strategic options with senior leaders and contribute directly on the front lines, driving delivery of innovative solutions.The Product Manager will be a subject matter expert and maintain a backlog of potential enhancements, new configurations, and integration opportunities for selected business applications. When required, they will serve as project manager and business analyst for any custom development.This is a hybrid position which requires Business Analyst, Implementation Analyst, and Product Manager skillsets. Successful candidates will have a strong sense of ownership, detail-oriented approach, enjoy driving initiatives to closure, and can effectively operate in both technical and business-oriented settings.RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness process definition - obtain understanding/expertise, lead sessions to recommend, define, and document data and process flowsRequirements management - lead sessions to generate ideas, document specifications, mock-ups, user stories, workflows; Manage a backlog of requirements and align to system projects and releasesDocumentation - create artifacts such as requirements traceability matrix, testing/validation documents, and end-user materialsVendor management - evaluate new products, lead product selection with IT leaders, and project manage system implementation; may include managing consulting partners for systems configuration and/or custom developmentTeam and project management - develop project plans and work with technology/product management, SMEs, and business leaders to drive systems implementationTraining and application support - training and end-user support for internal staffSystem administration - for select systems, may assist or become the expert on system configuration to meet business needsQUALIFICATIONS5+ years experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Applications Analyst Implementation Analyst, Product Owner, or related roleBS in Business or Information Technology related field or equivalent job experienceExposure to multiple diverse business applications and system configurationsExperience leading individuals across all levels of an organization, both business and technical, through analysis exercises to drive requirements and solution identificationExperience documenting scope, user requirements, use cases, process maps, and solution optionsExperience with Netsuite, Salesforce, SharePoint, CRM systems, is a plusGood presentation and leadership skillsAbility to multi-task and deliver results across competing initiativesLight project management experience, including documenting a high-level project plan, status reporting and leading a project team to successClinical research or healthcare experience is preferred but not requiredPay Range:
