Certifications verified – Minimum two (Active Certification Verification email required from suppliers)Role verified – Should be part of core development and Implementation team.Experience with scripting and REST API based integrations.Ability to convert Business Requirements to workflows and implement them.HR Service Delivery module experience.Service portal experience.
Job Responsibilities:Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with innovative approaches to build solutions or resolve technical problems.Create secure and high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems.Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring design constraints are met by software code development.Gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets for continuous improvement of software applications and systems.Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture.Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies.Take initiative in finding solutions to complex problems using analytical & problem-solving skills, demonstrating adaptability to change.Enhance team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Formal training or certification on ServiceNow platform concepts and proficient applied experience.Demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow Modules.Proficient in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide scripting) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular).Experience working on system integrations between ServiceNow and other applications using REST API.Strong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to debug issues and find new proactive monitoring methods to ensure platform stability.Ability to mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.Strong communication skills to clarify requirements with stakeholders and work collaboratively with the team.
