Desktop support experience - troubleshooting, configuration, software installationExperience with ticketing systemReview onboarding requests, review tickets and document issuesAdept at M365, Windows, Active Directory, ticketing systemsProvide troubleshooting and support to end users on a variety of issues - incidents and problemsProvide technical assistance to the customer (Examples)- Password reset- Account information- Case number information- Adobe Reader issues- Browser issues- Technical computer issues- Internet connectivitySet up equipment for employee useImage computers using a variety of methodsInstall and perform minor repairs to computers and peripheral equipment within the office premisesStrong networking skills - IDF/MDF, switches, routers, access pointExperience:
1-2 years of experience in software, hardware and networkProvide technical assistance for user questions/issues on Windows 7, 8 and 10 along with Microsoft Office 2010 through Office 365, M365Experience with Windows, M365, PC and Printer configurationStrong customer service skills, detail-oriented, and deadline-drivenStrong communication skills and client interfacing skillsEnthusiastic and willing to take initiative
