As a member of the team, you will support our prime contractor’s Agile Solution Factory (ASF), which is a passionate team of industry-leading personnel supporting the best practices in Agile Software Development. The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse and geographically separated team is crucial. You should have worked with or have a strong interest in Agile software development practices and delivering deployable software in short sprints.Serve as an Agile Scrum team member providing software development and maintenance for the delivery of releasable software in short sprint cycles. Responsible for activities associated with delivery of software solutions associated with customer-defined systems and software projects by working in close collaboration with software developers/engineers, stakeholders, and end users within Agile processes.Responsibilities, but not limited to:Experience with the following: .NET Core, EF Core, C#, JavaScript, Typescript, JSON, and RESTful APIsComfortable working with and understanding OO Design and patternsExperience working with at least one Single-page application framework (React, Angular, Vue, etc)Experience with at least one productivity component suite such as Ant Design, SyncFusion, Material, Chakra, Telerik, Tailwind, etcExperience with continuous integration and deployment tools and environments such as Kubernettes, ArgoCD, DockerExperience with version control systems and concurrent development workflows (Git preferred)Experience with source code repository and collaborative software development platforms (Gitlab preferred)Experience with relational database design, performance tuning, and programmability in multiple RDBMS.Experience using SQL or PL/SQL to access and manage relational databases. (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL preferred)Experience migrating databases helpfulYou have:Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria include but is not limited to:3 year check for felony convictions1 year check for illegal drug use1 year check for misconduct such as theft or fraudCollege degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of degreeProfessional Experience: at least seven (7) years related technical experience, with software design, development, and implementation in a Windows EnvironmentYou are good at:Experience with the following: .NET, .NET Core, MVC, NHibernate or Entity Framework (or any other ORM), C#, Typescript, JavaScript, XML, JSON, and Web API’sExperience with object-oriented design and development (OODD), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)Experience designing and developing web applications using .NET Core, Angular 2+, NgRx, and Web APIExperience using SQL or PL/SQL to access SQL Server or Oracle databasesExperience working on unusually complicated problems and providing solutions that are highly creative and ingenious, exhibiting ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulnessExperience with continuous integration tools and environments.Experience with source code control systems and concurrent development workflows (Git preferred)Experience with database design and stored SQL proceduresAbility to apply estimation techniques to software development effortsBonus would be having:Knowledge of Jenkins.Knowledge of Jest or Karma/Jasmine test framework.Knowledge of Angular CLI or NXKnowledge of application accessibility and 508 standards.Certifications such as CSM, or CSDAbility to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideasExperience providing production support for SQL Server databasesAdditionally, familiarity with any of the following is highly desirable: Message queuing, application security, and automated testing
