EXPERIENCED
Resident Manager.
Residential condominium in Makiki is searching for a well-qualified candidate to start as soon as possible. Candidate must have the following qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Condominium Resident Manager.
Professional verbal and written communication skills required.
Multi-task with high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
Have firm leadership skills, excellent people skills, and be an exceptional oral and written communicator.
Ensures good safety practices of employees and owners/guests, assisting in maintenance of proper emergency and security procedures.
Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office including MS Word and Excel.
Have exceptional Time-Management Skills, financial acumen, be a Leader, a team player, a self-starter, able to multitask and problem-solve, work under pressure, pay extreme attention to detail, stay focused, and successfully work under minimal supervision.
Be able to handle resident complaints and condo issues effectively and compassionately, including after-hours, while remaining professional and presentable.
Solicit, compare, and review bids from reputable contractors. Review contractor licensing and insurance requirements.
Oversee preventative maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of the Association.
Understand the Associations’ governing documents to ensure that operations are in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations and requirements of any federal, state or municipal authority.
The position includes a 1-bedroom w/den unit, 1 parking, electricity is included. Medical/dental insurance provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
